A NEW DIMENSION

Thanks to innovative systems CCTS (Continuous Contact Thrust System) and PLS (Pull-wire Lifting System), the new GI irons offer better ironing results, greater productivity and optimized work areas.

With a 28 cm roller, you will have the 7% less footprint but also a cylinder length increased by 7%. With the new GI 1728 and GI 2128 irons you will have more freedom of movement in operational areas, especially when it comes to small laboratories and, by placing them against the wall, you can make the most of the spaces.

A boost with an edge

The new Continuous Contact Thrust System (CCTS) infinitely increases the number of push points along the entire length of the ironing bowl and ensures excellent ironing performance in every part of the machine, without having to insert the garments at a specific point on the roller. La Ironing push can be adjusted to obtain the optimal result with any type of fabric and thickness. The basin pressure levels (4) managed through the control FOX PRO) allow you to iron a silk sheet as much as a pillowcase or a duvet cover, ensuring the same level of quality.

Aspiration never seen before

Uniform Moisture Extractor Fan (UMEF) It is the new steam suction system, with a capacity of calibrated suction which, from the center of the roller, reaches the side fan and then towards the exhaust pipe placed under the machine. A unique technique for absorbing, in Uniform mode, excess moisture over the entire surface of the fabric. The steam is sucked up like this everywhere with the same intensity, even on larger rollers.

INNOVATIVE ROLLERS

There are three coatings on our rollers:

BASE PLUS
The first roller, available for versions without suction, allows Iron clothes with a percentage of residual humidity up to 15% and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, one of cotton felt and a final coating of aramid cloth.

INTERMEDIATE
The middle one is covered with a double layer of steel wool, one of cotton felt and a final cover of aramid cloth. The roller is perforated and connected to the suction system and allows iron laundry with a humidity of up to 25-30%.

ADVANCED
The advanced roller is ideal for treat linen with a humidity of up to 50%. Perforated and connected to the suction system, it is equipped with a special movable plate structure (MAXPRESS®) which guarantees maximum breathability and requires only an aramid felt cover.

CUTTING-EDGE TEMPERATURE

The 5-probe system guarantees atemperature uniformity over the entire surface. Gli heating elements are placed inside the ironing plate (heat is generated from the center) and arranged asymmetrically: the 61% of the heat focuses In the initial part, where the plate undergoes a greater thermal shock (the laundry is cold and wet) and the Remaining 39% at the exit some linen.

The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows the operating temperature to be reached quickly and evenly (from 20°C to 180°C in a few minutes) with excellent results in terms of energy savings and ironing quality.

The ironing bowl is made of extruded and anodized aluminum alloy, so it is extremely smooth. It remains structurally unchanged at any temperature (zero risk of distortion) and inert to chemical agents and corrosion (no damage caused by chlorine residues on fabrics).

Thanks to the innovative Best Ironing Spot System (BISS), you will have excellent performance: you will know when it is time to change the ironing area thanks to light indicators placed on the sides of the machine. In fact, if you iron the clothes for a long time at the same point, that will tend to cool down, lowering the ironing quality or taking longer to obtain the same result.

THE NEW FRONTIER OF ERGONOMICS

With the revolutionary Adjustable Infeed Plate (AIP), the insertion axis of the wooden linen is adjustable in various inclinations, based on the operator's height. Maximum comfort to ensure the operator the most comfortable working position. Ergonomics redesigned to also introduce a new FOX PRO side control for one-handed command management. The larger surface of the roller also facilitates the introduction of fabrics, thanks to its driving function.

Greater comfort in the introduction of linen but also a new and simpler one recovery of ironed linen. All models equipped with suction have a laundry detacher system as standard, which prevents the ironed fabric from sticking to the roller.

Le harmonic steel blades, distributed over the entire length of the roller, gently move the flap of fabric just ironed and make sure that it lies on the collection tank. The raised laundry collection tank then facilitates the recovery of the ironed fabric and its particularly large size prevents the operator from having to recover one garment at a time.

SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE

Avoid unnecessary downtime, reducing component wear and significantly limiting maintenance work means making laundry work less burdensome.

Everything is accessible by removing only 4 panels

The basin can be easily disassembled, unhooked, for extraordinary interventions

The control of the safety thermostats is easily accessible for resetting without disassembling any panel

SAFETY AT ITS BEST

The new Automatic Thermal Protection System (ATPS) is able to automatically remove the ironing basin from the garments in the event of faults or power interruption.

GI irons are equipped with a system for managing the Safety band lifesaver, as well as temperature sensors with manual reset that, in the event of overheating, intervene by turning off the heating system.

Two warning lights, positioned on the sides of the iron, guide the user in the optimal use of thermal power, indicating the ideal places to insert the linen, especially when it is not possible to use the entire width of the roller.

There is also a double heating activation system which, with two contactors, guarantees maximum safety even in the event of a fault.
