THE SYSTEM THAT DOESN'T MAKE A CREASE

The new Multipoint Contact Thrust System (MCTS), increasing the number of push points along the entire length of the ironing bowl (with variations in the number depending on the size of the plate) ensures excellent ironing performance in every part of the machine. The presence, then, of a control that regulates the intensity of thrust, allows the operator great ironing flexibility.

The ability to adjust temperature, roller rotation speed and plate thrust ensures, not only excellent ironing quality, but also great versatility of use, reliability of yield over time and uniformity in the life of the entire machine.

The ironing pressure can be adjusted to obtain the optimal result with any type of fabric and thickness.

The new MCTS system allows you to iron large fabrics, obtaining a uniform result on the entire ironing surface.

TEMPERATURE UNDER CONTROL

The heating elements are placed inside the ironing plate (the heat is generated from the center) and arranged asymmetrically: 66% of the heat is concentrated in the initial part, where the plate undergoes a greater thermal shock (the laundry is cold and wet) and the remaining 33% at the exit of the laundry. This guarantees uniformity of temperature over the entire surface, ensuring exceptional performance.

EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN ROLLER

There are four coatings on our rollers: basic, base plus, intermediate and advanced.

1. BASE
The first, available for vacuum-free versions, allows you to iron garments with a percentage of residual moisture of up to 15% and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt and a final cotton coating.

2. BASE PLUS
The second, allows you to iron garments with a percentage of residual moisture of up to 15% and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, one of cotton felt and a final coating of aramid cloth. For versions without suction.

3. INTERMEDIATE
The middle one, covered with a double layer of steel wool, one of cotton felt and a final aramid cover, is perforated and connected to the vacuum system and allows you to iron laundry with a humidity of up to 20-25%.

4. ADVANCED
Finally, the advanced roller, ideal for treating laundry with a humidity of up to 40-45%, is perforated and connected to the suction system, equipped with a special movable plate structure (MAXPRESS®), guarantees maximum breathability and requires only an aramid cover.

Speed under control

Depending on the condition of the fabric, it is possible to adjust the rotation speed of the roller in order to obtain excellent ironing performance. A lower rotation is necessary when treating particularly wrinkled fabrics to obtain, in a single step, a perfect ironing result.

Every detail of the new GI irons is designed to provide the operator with the most comfortable working position. Like the innovative Adjustable Infeed Plate (AIP), the insertion axis for wooden linen, adjustable in various inclinations, which avoids overheating and any electrostatic charge as well as ensuring maximum comfort.

Safety

Excellent performance requires maximum reliability and security, that's why we developed the new Automatic Thermal Protection System (ATPS) able to automatically remove the ironing basin from the garments in the event of faults or power interruption.

Le GI irons, in addition, are equipped with a lifesaving band cooling system, Finger-guard Cooling System (FCS), and 2 temperature sensors that, in the event of overheating detected by the electronic board, intervene by turning off the heating system. A double heating activation system, then, with two contactors, ensures that in the event of a fault the machine is always safe.
