S100-120-140/25: perfect ironing surface

Roller irons S100-120-140/25, therefore, being of an intermediate size, they are ideal for the professional treatment of flat linen and equipped with a ironing surface made of high quality extruded and anodized aluminum.
Since this is an extruded component, the ironing surface of the S100-120-140/25 models is extremely smooth and remains so at any temperature of use without the need for additional mechanical systems to maintain its shape. The deep anodizing treatment, then, makes it lasts Ed inert to chemical agents, eliminating any corrosion problem (e.g. no damage due to the presence of chlorine residues in the fabrics). THEthermal insulation, in ceramic fiber, then ensures maximum performance and minimum loss of heat into the environment. Le resistors, armoured and sealed, are integrated inside the ironing plate, not simply placed on the back of the plate as in traditional equipment, the heating, therefore, it is generated from inside the basin, ensuring excellent performance of ironing. Finally, while the S100-120/25 models have a roller the same as the smaller versions, theS140/25 It is possible to equip it with perforated roller with suction motor, covered with a double layer of soft steel wool, a cotton felt and a NOMEX® outer towel that makes it able to iron even flat linen with a humidity percentage of 20-25%.
Going even further, again in the S140/25 model, it is possible to have the roller coating in steel springs MAXPRESS® and NOMEX® felt, which allow you to iron laundry with a moisture content of up to 40-45%.
These irons are also mono-fronts, therefore manageable by a single operator, and available with electric and steam heating. They can be equipped with an optional system for adjusting the roller rotation speed, with inverter technology, which allows you to iron clothes that are wetter or with creases that are difficult to eliminate. The model S140/25, then, is equipped with suction motor which, in synergy with the perforated roller, is able to eliminate the steam generated during the ironing phase, improving the working environment and the quality of the result.
The operator protection systems found in these models include: a Stop pedal momentary of the roller that allows you to spread the laundry on the introducer, a Emergency button A mushroom and aAsta Save Your Fingers which reverses the direction of rotation of the roller in the event of incorrect maneuvers by the user. Even these roller irons have double safety systems and redundant alarm circuits. The ST23 control manages the temperature through the P.I.D. system (Proportional - Derivative - Integrative). In addition, the ST23 allows the variation of roller rotation speed to effectively iron even very wrinkled laundry or difficult fabrics, the management of the suction motor and the connection of the equipment to a integrated payment system for self-service use.
